Is Kedaiflow free?

Yes. Your first 50 orders are free, including your direct order link, direct customer payment through your own DuitNow QR, reply drafts, Daily Summary, and an optional directory listing. Pro unlocks unlimited orders and additional operational tools. MyInvois submission is shown only when enabled for your account.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Kedaiflow runs in your mobile browser and works great as a PWA when you add it to your home screen. No download, no App Store review, no install friction.

How do customers find Kedaiflow merchants?

Two ways. First, share your direct kedaiflow.com/[your-slug] order link. Second, choose to list your shop in the public directory from Settings. Directory listing is off until you enable it. Both flows route orders to your dashboard; direct-link orders currently have 0% Kedaiflow commission.

Is my data secure?

Kedaiflow uses managed cloud infrastructure, per-user database controls, and access safeguards. We do not sell personal data, but we use cloud, AI/model, email, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. Formal PDPA, vendor, retention, and security reviews remain commercial-launch gates; see the Privacy Notice.

How do I delete my account?

Use the delete-account action in Settings or contact hello@kedaiflow.com. Export anything you need first because self-service deletion may remove access immediately. Some legally required, security, provider, or backup records can follow separate retention and deletion cycles.
